Dr. Carstensen understands that everyone's comfort level with in-person visits is different at this time. If you prefer a telemedicine visit, please look out for a text or email with further instructions. Please feel free to call us with any connection issues. 

Please be advised that as of April 2022, some insurances are no longer covering telemedicine services so this may not be a covered benefit for all insurances.
